Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and licence

You must be an adult aged at least 18 and meet any higher gambling age applicable where you live. Participation is permitted only where local law allows online gambling, and you remain responsible for complying with that law. Real-money accounts are prohibited for residents of restricted countries, including the United Kingdom, and neither refunds nor withdrawals are guaranteed if you breach that restriction.

The casino operator is Win Top Ltd, registered in Anjouan under company number 16122, holding licence ALSI-202509029-FI1. Registration of your player account constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Where language versions differ, the English text takes precedence.

Your personal account

You may register a single account for your own use. Keep your details current and do not let anyone else use your login. Commercial use is prohibited. Duplicate registration can result in every associated account being terminated and outstanding payouts being cancelled. Money obtained while a duplicate account was active may be reclaimed, including amounts already withdrawn.

Account ownership and claims connected with your balance cannot be transferred or pledged without management consent. You are responsible for taxes and fees imposed on your winnings under the laws where you reside.

Identity checks

Full identity verification is compulsory whenever you request a payout, if cumulative deposits exceed €2,000, or if a transaction raises suspicion. Documents can also be requested at other times. You may have restricted access to play or payments while your identity remains unconfirmed.

Provide a government photo identity document, a photograph of yourself holding it and evidence of residence, such as a bank statement. The documents must match your full name, identify an adult and come from a permitted jurisdiction. They must remain valid beyond the next three months. If verification is unsuccessful, you receive a support ticket number with the reason.

Funding your balance

Use a payment account registered personally to you. Paying with somebody else's funds through their account can lead to forfeited winnings, with the deposit returned to its owner. Deposit minimums and maximums depend on your chosen method and appear when you select it. Additional payment-provider charges may apply.

Before withdrawing funds linked to a deposit, you must stake an amount equal to three times that deposit. Several deposits made without play must also be wagered in total before withdrawal. Otherwise, a processing charge may be applied at the casino team's discretion. Your casino balance earns no interest.

Requesting a payout

Withdrawal amounts have method-specific minimums and maximums. Processing takes up to three business days, with any bank processing added afterwards. Further identity evidence may be needed even if you supplied documents previously, and refunds can be held during those checks. Incorrect or incomplete personal details can result in refusal of a payout and account termination.

Winnings exceeding your applicable monthly withdrawal allowance may be released through monthly instalments within that allowance. Intermediary banks can occasionally charge for transfers. Euro is the internal settlement currency, so conversion by your bank or payment processor can increase the amount charged when you transact in another currency.

Using casino bonuses

A bonus occupies a separate balance from your cash. Only one can run on your account at any given time, and deposit offers cannot be combined. Your cash is used before bonus funds. Completing a bonus requires the wagering attached to that promotion, with eligible games contributing at different rates.

Cancelling a bonus, or requesting payment before it is redeemed, removes its balance and associated winnings. Expiry also forfeits those funds. Exceeding the applicable maximum stake is bonus abuse and can result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled, together with account blocking. A pending payout prevents additional bonuses from being credited.

Errors and inactivity

Report an incorrect credit by email immediately. Deposits or winnings added in error can be deducted, and an amount already paid out becomes a debt you owe. Do not exploit faults in the games.

An account unused for 12 successive months becomes dormant. A monthly fee may then deduct €10 or, if smaller, the balance left. Charging starts in the following month and ends when you reactivate the account or its funds reach zero.

Account closure and claims

Suspected fraud can result in terminated access and suspended or cancelled payouts. Closure may also occur at management discretion without advance notice or an explanation, with the balance refunded after relevant withdrawal charges. Any claim arising from these conditions must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.
